2026年2月13日，国际反洗钱反恐怖融资权威组织FATF（Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering，金融行动特别工作组）通过官网公布最新一期名单。其中：
· 黑名单 未变。
· 灰名单 增加两个国家，分别为 科威特（Kuwait）、巴布亚新几内亚（Papua New Guinea）。
2024年至今，FATF灰名单共计移出 15 个国家，列入 14 个国家。
黑名单
截至2026年2月14日，FATF黑名单共包括朝鲜（Democratic People's Republic of Korea ）、伊朗（Iran）和 缅甸（Myanmar）三个国家。三者同属黑名单国家，区别在于FATF针对朝鲜和伊朗，呼吁采取反制措施（to apply countermeasures）；针对缅甸，FATF呼吁采取与所产生风险相匹配的强化尽职调查措施（to apply enhanced due diligence measures proportionate to the risks arising from the jurisdiction）。
灰名单
截至2026年2月14日，FATF灰名单共包含 22 个司法管辖区，分别于以下 11 个时间点被列入名单。

② 2025年6月：玻利维亚（Bolivia）、英属维尔京群岛Virgin Islands (uk)、海地（Haiti）
