2026年6月19日，国际反洗钱反恐怖融资权威组织FATF（Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering，金融行动特别工作组）通过官网公布最新一期名单。其中：
· 黑名单未变。
· 灰名单新增两个国家，分别为波黑（Bosnia and Herzegovina）、伊拉克（Iraq）；同时移出两个国家，分别为阿尔及利亚（Algeria）、纳米比亚（Namibia）。
2024年至今，FATF灰名单共计移出17个国家，列入14个国家。
黑名单
截至2026年6月19日，FATF黑名单共包括朝鲜（Democratic People's Republic of Korea ）、伊朗（Iran）和缅甸（Myanmar）三个国家。
三者同属黑名单国家，区别在于FATF针对朝鲜和伊朗，呼吁采取反制措施（to apply countermeasures）；
针对缅甸，FATF呼吁采取与所产生风险相匹配的强化尽职调查措施（to apply enhanced due diligence measures proportionate to the risks arising from the jurisdiction）。
灰名单
截至2026年6月19日，FATF灰名单共包含22个司法管辖区，分别于以下12个时间点被列入名单。
① 2026年6月：波黑（Bosnia and Herzegovina）、伊拉克（Iraq）
② 2026年2月：科威特（Kuwait）、巴布亚新几内亚（Papua New Guinea）
③ 2025年6月：玻利维亚（Bolivia）、英属维尔京群岛（Virgin Islands, UK）
④ 2025年2月：老挝（Lao PDR）、尼泊尔（Nepal）
⑤ 2024年10月：安哥拉（Angola）、科特迪瓦（Côte d'Ivoire）、黎巴嫩（Lebanon）
⑥ 2024年6月：摩纳哥（Monaco）、委内瑞拉（Venezuela）
⑦ 2024年2月：肯尼亚（Kenya）
⑧ 2023年10月：保加利亚（Bulgaria）
